This is my latest creation - bread pudding pie. All I can say is that it looks amazing and it tastes even zinger!
- 1 cup of heavy cream.
- 2 large egg yolks.
- A 9 inch pie shell
- 0.5 - 0.7 lb of your favorite pound cake.
- 1 tbsp of vanilla extract (or almond extract, if you desire.)
Mix all the wet ingredients together.
Cut the pound cake into cubes.
Soak cake cubes in the mixture for 5 min.
Pour everything into the pie shell.
Pre-Heat oven to 360 degree (375 if you like it brown.)
Bake for 45 min.
