Ground Pork, Veal, Chuck (1lb each)
Veggie stock (enough to cover all the meat in the pot)
1 cup of kalamata olives (pitted and chopped)
1 cup of caper
1.5 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1 cup of chopped fresh basil
10 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tbsp tomato paste
48oz-60oz of simple tomato sauce
2 med red onion, chopped

Carmelized onion in a med to large pot, then put the garlic, oilve, and caper. Give it a quick stir and let the aroma come out,
Turn to HI heat and transform all the meat into the pot; toss them from time to time till them brown.
Pour in veggie stock to cover the mea; bring it up to boil; turn down the heat to MED and let it cook for 1 hr.
Now put the rest of the ingredients in and simmer for another 30 min.
S&P to taste.
