I love dumplings! For years, I've tried to perfect my dumplings. Although the taste was excellent, there was one thing that I failed, every single time. That's the smoothness of the stuffing. Turns out there is an unbelievably simple trick. Thanks to Mama Hu, I now am a pro dumpler too!
